This last Tuesday I previewed some great La Crescenta, La Canada and Glendale homes on caravan.  (If you’re wondering what a “caravan” it is when real estate agents hold their listings open for other agents to preview.) Previewing homes in La Canada and La Crescenta helps me keep my finger on the pulse of the real estate market and on market conditions.

Here are the homes I explored along with a quick rundown of the features in each:  The first home on my list was  1965 Glencoe Way, Glendale CA - what a wonderful home, nestled into the Verdugo Hills with pleasing vistas this 2 bedroom home is a treat! Next on the list is this 3 bedroom starter.  Affordable and ready for the new owner’s “personal touch” 3740 Encinal Ave, La Crescenta CA is a nice opportunity.

2843 Prospect Ave, La Crescenta CA is a great value.  Located across the street from La Crescenta elementary, this home should sell quickly.

My favorite, though, is 902 Flintridge Ave, La Canada Flintridge CA .  This home is the perfect combination of comfort and luxury.  Set amid a wonderland of oaks and camellias this elegant home features a beautiful courtyard, a private pool and a fabulous master suite.  Be sure and look at the link for more details.
