A native Californian, John comes from Glendale and received his education both in California and Ireland. After attending California State University Northridge, John joined British Airways in 1973 working in various sales & marketing positions including Manager of Automated Sales, Western USA. John left British Airways in 1988 to join a nationwide Real Estate franchise, bringing his 15 year background in marketing and direct sales to home sales. A consistent producer, John joined Dilbeck Realtors in 1992.

When asked about his business philosophy John says, “It is important to remember that real estate is not just about houses. When you buy or sell your home – of course you want to get the best price you can – but there is always more to it than that. I take the extra time to understand the whole picture. By taking this time to understand your needs, I can be sure nothing gets overlooked. My goal is to negotiate the best possible value for your property & ensure that you get world class service as well. The only measure of success is the satisfaction & good will of my clients.” In 2007 an independent survey service found that John’s clients rated his customer service 100%. This was the first complete year this company performed the rating service.

A Realtor since 1988, John is member of the Pasadena Foothills Association of Realtors.
