Marc Twain once commented that the “The report of my death was an exaggeration”. A recent paper reported that the Foothill Nissan location had been sold for $18 Million.

Well, you guessed, reports of its sale were greatly exagerated.

I have it on the best authority that this prime 2 plus acre site is still available. The list price is $16 Million. The listing agent has reported a great deal of interest but that it remains available as of earlier this afternoon.
